Today I was forwarded a copy of a magazine that had some great articles in it technical analysis. One of them used some data to build a quite ingenious trading plane. It reminded me of something that I have long believed to be true in the market. Nothing is easy. When Williams the creator of the Williams %R indicator traded 10K into 1 Mil in one year, I am sure it wasn’t easy. At least the process of gaining the knowledge didn’t come easy. There are plenty of systems out there that claim to give you a program that wins 80% of the time and turns a profit every month. It just isn’t true. They don’t exist. There are traders that have that kind of record, but they aren’t sharing and they have honed their skills to a high degree. Saying they don’t share is a little misleading too. They do share, but for a price, and they could never guarantee you the same results. The best way to trading success is to develop your skills over time, and within reason. Some have spectacular success, and some will take years to accomplish it. Never giving up is the important thing. Here’s a screen shot of the results of the strategy I read about today.
